They use multipart-form instead of JSON. Additinally, it has been quite a nightmare getting all things working. For example I'm still battling trying to figure out why my AWS Signed URL isn't being accepted by their system. Their system claims it is a bad URL, but if I open it, I get a file download. - Update, figured out why this isn't working. Their system rejects any URL where the content-type isn't corretly set. For our system this is managed by a 3rd party provider. Their not wrong, the content-type is incorrectly set to a default, but from my point of view, they are being supplied with a perfectly working Word document, and refuse to use it because of a header value that isn't to their liking.
