Discussions sur BMC Helix ITSM

When will you change the UI for this, Onhave been waiting for this for long time. I was excited when u huys changed the name from RTMS to Helix, but totally disappointed with the old UI again. Please update it, Eagerly waiting for it.

Multiple triggers need to be set on the basis of some conditions which will trigger some action. How can that be achieved? This is important because time spend in manual effort much be saved as much as possible
