La caractéristique la plus utile de Bizzdesign est que toute l'organisation peut être habituée sous un seul parapluie. Plus besoin de cartographie explicite pour différentes entités, plus besoin de révisions de renommage étendues, un simple coup d'œil à Bizzdesign avant de concevoir résout tout à long terme.

Je l'ai utilisé pour la première fois, et c'était tellement bien que j'ai fait en sorte que toute mon équipe de plus de 50 développeurs l'utilise, et la plupart d'entre nous l'utilisent tous les jours.

Il peut être facilement intégré dans n'importe lequel de nos systèmes, et utilisé par la suite !

La seule chose qui peut être améliorée est le temps de chargement entre les différentes vues, et si possible, pouvons-nous avoir les différentes vues chargées sur la même page d'une manière ou d'une autre ? afin que nous n'ayons pas à revenir en arrière pour voir la précédente. Il est hautement personnalisable et facile à utiliser. J'ai également utilisé BiZZdesign pour l'architecture d'entreprise, la cartographie du parcours client et le Business Model Canvas. Cela m'a pris très peu de temps car cet outil est très convivial et facile à mettre en œuvre. Je pense que la fonctionnalité de contrôle de version peut être ajoutée. Dans SAP Signavio, il y a des fonctionnalités pour la simulation et l'automatisation de quelques étapes simples basées sur des règles. Best thing about them is their customer support. Yes, I have to interact with them very frequently but everytime I get the help on time and on demand as well.

For the starters, They have good UI for modelling BPMN level process maps. It's very easy to create the process hierarchy using Archimate, not complicated as we create in ARIS using VACD.

The other diagrams showcaing capabilities, applications, data flow, stakeholders are awesome. In short they have good things to display the entire PPDS. Also, the installation is quite easy at the enterprise level, as now-a-days eveyone hosts on cloud, and it's easy to get the connection directly form your enterprise network. It's a heavy tool, offcourse it has to be due to so many feature they provide, but still I feel the tool is little slow. Even their web-version doesn't work so great. I use i7 machine, but I think I need to either get my system updated in case if I need a faster Bizzdesign.

Best thing I like about the tool is it's modelling capabilities and to define the process hierarchy, it's so simple and easy. Archimates defined the upper high-level in the right way followed by BPMN process maps exactly matches our needs. Easy to install, easy to give KT and the best part, the web-version is so light in case if anyone doesn't want to install the desktop version. Also, heard that it integrates with lot of tools, will be exploring soon it's integration with ServiceNow. ecisted to see two-way integration as they promote. Not happy much with the way change request are handled in the tool. There should be mechanism, in case if any stakeholders have any issue with the process maps or the hierarchy, they can raise the dispute and based on it's seriousness, the hierarchy or process should not be visible to others till the issue is resolved. The design tools are top-notch. I worked for a company years ago that was then dubbed a meta-CASE tool. I appreciate the work that has gone into this product. Most of the operations I need to perform are intuitive and remind me of my own efforts "back in the day" to facilitate architecture and design. I also appreciate the documentation and how it funnels my actions in the "right" direction. The scripting language is a big plus. The organization has decided to use a single workspace that spans the entire enterprise. This actually makes sense to me, but at this scale there are some features that make this a smooth process lacking. 1) Committing to the repository does not allow for partial commits. If I make an accidental change across mutliple models when thinking "locally", I must rollback everything. This can be time consuming to reproduce my intent. Some of this may be a failure of the organization's use of the security model, but I believe some granularity could be added to the commit, particularly because commits are hierarchical and based on a graph. This would mirror practices by wide-spread development source control tools such as git. 2) Copying elements across models could be more accommodating. When referring to a model element via copy/paste, it would be nice to not have the "paste" paste all the child elements of a composition. That forces the user to do the copy, and then remove the relationships unnecessary to the local context, which, on a canvas, can be tedious. 3) At the scale of this organization, the performance issues can sometimes be detrimental. En particulier, permettre une plus grande visibilité à Horizzon pour l'organisation (en tant que consommateurs). Bien qu'il soit une excellente fonctionnalité de pouvoir intégrer des vues de Horizzon dans d'autres plateformes telles que SharePoint, il est, à mon avis, bien plus facile de présenter des vues et des tableaux de bord directement depuis Horizzon, mais la licence actuelle pour le rôle de consommateur pour Horizzon peut souvent être un facteur limitant pour les organisations.
