I like Biteable for its ease of use. I like the templates, the ability to upload images from Unsplash, the simple interface, and being able to create a video quickly. There are not too many options. Biteable 3.0 is not very user-friendly. It's difficult to drag and change the timing of each slide. I wish it were easier to change the slide speeds. More templates and more options to customize the videos would be super. I can't upload PowerPoint slides to Biteable to create the videos. It's a nice-to-have feature. Most of the questions and challenges I have had were answered effectively, promptly, and thoughtfully through the messaging app within the program. I paid for a premium subscription in order to produce three videos a month. I used the 3.0 Biteable version to create a video. I had problems with the download and none of the service people could find the problem. As a result of a time difference and a holiday, I had to wait for a week for the video to be 'fixed' by a more experienced service representative. However, the video was shorted, and now I have to resize each of the scenes, which takes a significant amount of time due glitches in the tool used to extend or shorten each scene. I have edited the video on a PC as well as a MAC and both have the same challenges when changing the time of the scenes.
