I wish there was a way to make updates via mobile, as well as check results quickly without being by a desktop computer. As well, I have discovered a number of outside vendors that charge me on a CPM. Since I have hard costs to adhere to (that I use for both net costs for the dsp as well as the costs for these tools) it is very challenging to juggle that money. For example: if I am running at a more efficient CPM, I'll hit more impressions, which makes my costs go up for these outside vendors. It's actually a huge issue and a constant daily balancing act that could easily be fixed by adding some type of fixed cost CPM within the tool to ensure my minimums would not go over. The ease of use in placing display ads. Kallie, my CSM and my account manager did an awesome job when we first signed on, at explaining, and guiding me through the process, which I was able to thoroughly understand (because of their patience), and am now able to easily maneuver through the platform. My only 2 recommendations for the overall platform would be seeing what my primary conversion is, by just hovering over the number, rather than clicking on conversions.
