The only issue I have is that the UI of the recovery of items that have been backed up is a little tedious and can be time consuming trying to filter out exactly what you need. Avis collecté par et hébergé sur G2.com.

I find bBarracuda Cloud-to-Cloud backup to be user friendly. The setup was simple and quick. It supports email, Sharepoint, Teams, and OneDrive. The intergration took only minutes to complete. The few times I have contacted technical support they have been responcive and answered questions with in the first contact.

The one thing I find least helpful about the Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud backup is finding a single file. This is specificly a problem when looking for a specific file on the most recent version when some one deleted it and doesn't know when. A search box that lists top x instances would be benificial. It backs up Microsoft Office365 cloud quickly and has a long retention period. Files are able to restored to the original onedrive or another account. Very straight forward to setup and get going. Avis collecté par et hébergé sur G2.com.

Searching for a specific file can be a little tedious when trying to restore from onedrive. Onedrive backups can sometimes take a while, but usually it works itself out. I'd love to be able to schedule multiple backups per day but it works well enough. Avis collecté par et hébergé sur G2.com.

The ability to recover down to the file level is essential in a true cloud-to-cloud solution, and depth of indexing is key in tracking those changes. Load timeouts within extensively large data sets can be quite frustrating. Even within a high bandwidth capable network (5GB symmetrical up/down) still have several occurrences of load errors especially when navigating to versions deep within the data time frames. the interface needs to be much improved, the movement inbetween screens is very slow , the search function is almost useless unless you know exact phrase ,, trying to search by date doesn't return results. Avis collecté par et hébergé sur G2.com.
