Looking for software to run in an editor such as visual studio code to up load and down load programs haas lathe & mill.

I would like FDM toolpath creation in Fusion so that we can slice solid models directly, instead of using meshes. This way we could use true curves. Also, I would like the ability to adjust the resolution of the toolpaths precisely, to match the resolution to the capabilities of the machine.

Everything going to the laser cutter needs an extra step in Illustrator to ungroup the DXF that Fusion generates.

Currently 2D drawing creation are a limitation for me. I am starting to bend in sheet metal and am finding limitations with that as well.
