Je pense qu'en général, l'Applied Mobile répond à tous les critères que je recherchais. Le plus grand obstacle avec la mise en place de ce type de plateforme sur une application mobile est de devoir limiter certaines fonctions en raison des capacités du téléphone. You cannot do much from the app. The only thing I really use it for is to send auto ID cards if I am away from my computer. That is literaly the only thing you can do. I can see SOME attachements, not all depending on the file type, cant make changes, edit customer, attach anything, etc. You can see some basic info and thats it. Applied Mobile has allowed our Agent's to be out the field talking with customers and providing solutions instead of just staying at their desk. They have become less reliant on just sitting at their desk and using their desktop computer to assist clients to being more interactive with the client at the client location providing a level of service that clients appreciate.
