The Adra software has decreased my reconciliation process from weeks to days. I have gone from manually color coding transactions to manually reconciling exception items only. I currently have a 66% automatic reconciliation rate and Adra Support is working with me to increase that percentage. The least helpful thing about the Adra software would be the flexibility in the matching rules to isolate transactions by account. It may just be my lack of knowledge of the system also. Working on that. Also knowing the system well enough that I could fix things myself instead of having to rely on support all the time. Just a personal thing, not a problem with support. Le processus d'ajout de plusieurs nouveaux comptes après le premier import des soldes de comptes (période déjà commencée) est fastidieux si vous souhaitez que ces comptes soient correctement regroupés pour le mois en cours en cours de rapprochement.
