What I dislike about Adra is that sometimes we encounter issues wherein the balances reflected in our Pronto system don't match those in Adra. Adra has provided a more complete review process of our monthly account reconciliations. It has helped set a defined cadence for preparing and reviewing key accounts and we can monitor deadlines easily. Additionally, it has provided management with a better understanding of accounts from its subsidiaries and allowed us to drive efficiencies in the month-end close process and audit. Adra doesn't allow the user to easily re-order the supporting details in a way that makes the most logical sense to the reviewer without re-entering the information. Additionally, it does not force you to change the date of the line details, support can be entered for one month and when the amount and supporting document are overwritten in a future period, the date is not changed.
