ADP SmartCompliance a été essentiel pour aider notre organisation à maintenir la conformité. J'apprécie la convivialité de la plateforme, de la mise en ligne des avis d'imposition à la création de nouveaux comptes et à la validation des saisies avec notre système de paie. J'aime aussi que tout soit accessible au sein de SmartCompliance. S'il y a une question, des liens d'aide sont disponibles, ainsi que des options de chat et de demande de service. Mon aspect préféré d'ADP SmartCompliance est son efficacité et le gain de temps qu'il procure, ce qui permet à notre petite équipe de paie de se concentrer sur d'autres tâches spécialisées. Bien que j'apprécie l'importance des demandes de service, je crois que nous bénéficierions d'avoir un espace où ces demandes peuvent être partagées ou vues par d'autres membres de l'équipe. La mise en œuvre de cette fonctionnalité garantirait que tout le monde dans l'équipe ait une visibilité sur les problèmes actuels. De cette façon, si la personne qui a créé la demande de service est absente du bureau, un autre membre de l'équipe peut intervenir et répondre. De plus, certains avis fiscaux ne sont pas examinés ou révisés de manière approfondie. Souvent, les commentaires sur ces avis passent inaperçus, car ils apparaissent comme "non révisés par ADP." Il serait utile de permettre au client d'ajouter des commentaires après l'enquête initiale ou l'examen de l'avis fiscal. Actuellement, notre seule option est de re-télécharger l'avis fiscal et d'espérer que les commentaires soient remarqués. L'ajout de cette fonctionnalité permettrait de gagner du temps pour le client et l'analyste fiscal d'ADP. I like being able to review taxes, wages, garnishments and invoices all in 1 place. It is realitivally easy to manage. Time out is way too quick.

There is not a option to direct the tax team to apply an agency tax credit direct to the next quarter filing.

It takes way too long to have the quarter filings to post to the site. Also, the data provided in the returns is not complete. We should see the exact agency return form for all agencies. The Smart Compliance website is easy to navigate as each service is contained within a link. Reports can be customized by year, quarter, agency to narrow down criteria and produce reports without unncessary information. Tax agency notices can be uploaded for research with auto fill feature to save time. Invoice and reports are available anytime and are stored indefinitely for old and/or closed periods. Drag and drop wage file upload is great - wish tax and garnishments worked the same. The customer service teams and reps who work at ADP for the smart compliance site are knowledgable and usually able to resolve issues quickly and efficiently. I use the site several times a week and every update seems to always bring better features to aid in processing payroll, paying taxes, and taking care of garnishment payments. I wish Smart Compliance would sync/work/ was compatible with Total Source so my company could utilize the full power of ADP in all aspects of HR and payroll.

It would be nice if the garnishment file transfer and the tax file transfer were easy as "drag and drop".

I would like to see the ability to search and/or download individual employee paystubs one at a time or selecting several at once. Right now I can only download the entire company. When an employee needs multiple copies, I have to extract each one from a separate weekly file. (Similar to the way one can download pdfs on the ADP app) Avis collecté par et hébergé sur G2.com.

The best thing about SmartCompliance is that it provides access to a number of features and it is pretty easy to use and navigate. It is easy to update your SUI rates, access filing records, seek assistance via the help tool and so much more Avis collecté par et hébergé sur G2.com.

I've been a customer of ADP for more than 20 years. In that time, I've watched the tax services product grow and expand to be the leader in the tax services arena. What I like most about ADP SmartCompliance is having our tax records at our fingertips, the ease of the integration between Workday and ADP and the assistance I get resolving tax notices. There are not a lot of things I can honestly say I dislike about ADP SmartCompliance, however one thing I'm not a real fan of is that they've gotten away from "face to face" customer service. What I mean by that is, I used to have quarterly calls with my account manager to review any anomolies and, I used to be able to email my account manager directly, and now I have to open a case online. We are a new user and have been with ADP for one year now. We use SmartCompliance quite a bit for managing our invoices and our tax payments. We also love the wage garnishment feature. That has been extremely useful to our business as we get a lot of garnishments during our busy season. We don't use the reporting as much as we might, and would have loved a little more training on what options are available there. And initially the Medical Documents feature didn't work right and we had to work on that, but otherwise it has been great. Avis collecté par et hébergé sur G2.com.

Would like the ability to communicate directly with the ADP agent that is working on resolving agency notices. Amendment process could be clearer as to why certain items get picked up on an amendment sync (such corporate officer employee status) when no changes were initiated by our company. We use ADP with Workday; all our current employee data changes in Workday, the data automatically available in ADP. Data integration is awesome between the systems for all the payroll related services to be current.
