We patiently waited 4 weeks, contacted them again, and they said it was taking longer than usual. Every few weeks we email AddThis support and each time they had the same response. We are working on it. Two weeks ago they responded saying they would reach out to Facebook about their endpoint issue. I have since spoken to other companies having the same issue.

The widget is a powerful tool, it allows me to analyze data from social sharing and cross my campaigns, allowing me to know if my actions are reaching the segments I'm looking for.
