I appreciate how everything is easy to find (once you learn where it is). I enjoy that it streamlines my grading and attendance, putting everything into one easy spot. I also appreciate how much easier it makes communicating with parents, and sharing...
It doesn't do anything particularly well. it is not user-friendly. it hasn;t kept up with industry changes or needs. it doesn't work well with other platforms or tools. no API or LTI integration. our data is virtually trapped inside.

The messaging feature does not always work and does not always notify you if you have received a message. I often miss messages and then have angry customers because of this. The login via email also does not always work and I often have to login twice....
