I am almost two months in and have experienced no results from the product. I have reached out to see if I could get some support on boosting results. There is no one in this company that is willing to help customers. You have access to an AI bot and a weekly webinar. That's it.

Also, I was not impressed by the pre-sales process. My rep did a quick demo and sent a few emails back and forth. Right before I was ready to make a decision I asked the rep to setup a call to address some questions I had before making the purchase. He told me he could not make time for the call and that his focus was prioritizing new leads. Prioritizing new leads over end of the funnel sales opportunities?! Make it make sense. The level of customization is awesome; you can basically build out whatever you can imagine. It’s a complex system, which used to be a major hurdle, but now that I can use AI to help me navigate and build within it, I’m able to do way more than I could before. The complexity can still be a lot to handle sometimes. It’s also not always clear why some data is being measured and some isn't. My biggest gripes are the reporting delays—I'll check a report at noon and it'll be empty because yesterday's data hasn't processed yet. The tool has constantly improved, what I don't like is that for changing the payment card you have to wait and there's no option for immediate payment. They do provide support, in your language, but I hope they soon add the option to load or change your card and be able to pay now, which would be a plus, while keeping the automatic processing option, just adding the pay now option. more diffusion of the tool is needed, I had already heard about it but what I have seen is that business owners or independent entrepreneurs would find the tool useful for their meta ads campaigns and for them to know that they can achieve the benefits, or come up with a basic plan especially for potential client forms on meta and lead automation via email. if they communicate that, there is a better business opportunity, although with limited functions they can attract clients who pay with a subscription like Canva. I really like the depth of insight Google Analytics provides into website traffic and user behavior. It helps me understand where visitors are coming from and which pages they spend the most time on. I also appreciate the range of reporting features and the integration with other Google tools, which makes it very useful for analyzing overall performance.

For my retail company, it’s especially important to see which product pages users visit most often and where they spend the most time. That visibility helps me better understand user behavior and tailor ads accordingly, which in turn generates revenue for the company. The initial setup was fairly easy, particularly for basic website tracking, and it was quick to get up and running. Adding the tracking code through Google Tag Manager was also straightforward. What do you like best about Brevo Marketing Platform?

I work as a Dietician & Nutritionist and help manage a small homeopathy clinic. For some time, I used Brevo to send basic email updates like clinic timings, follow-up guidance, and short wellness tips to people who had contacted us.

What I liked most was being able to keep contacts in one place and send the same update to many people at once. Earlier, I had to reply one by one, which took time and sometimes people were missed. With Brevo, I could prepare one clear email and send it to a selected list. This saved time and made communication more consistent. Customer support is Quick and helpful.

The email editor felt easy for simple clinic messages. I did not need much learning to write and format a basic email. After using it a few times, creating a new email and choosing the right list became quick. This helped when I was handling clinic work and content tasks together.

What I like most about Semrush is honestly the amount of data it gives you. The keyword tools like Keyword Magic and Keyword Overview are really helpful when you are trying to find question-type searches, long tail stuff, or just gaps in content you can target.

I also use it a lot for competitor research. It makes it pretty easy to see what other sites are doing and how they structure their content to show up in search results. Looking at things like featured snippets, PAA questions, and search intent changes has been really useful for planning content.

What do you dislike about Semrush?

The biggest downside is probably the price. It is a really powerful tool but it can get expensive, especially for small teams or solo people. Once you start adding more users or projects the cost can go up pretty fast.

Another thing is the learning curve. There are so many features that it can take a while to figure out what you actually need and where everything is. When you first start using it the interface can feel a bit overwhelming tbh.

I manage a few client accounts plus my own account as a freelancer, and before Vista Social I was constantly bouncing between apps just to keep up with messages and scheduling

The interface is quite easy to navigate and it feels structured in a way that I can actually stay on top of it without losing my mind. You really don’t need tutorials to get going, which is great coz some tools can feel complicated, if I’m being honest. The DMs, comments across all the social accounts appear in real time making it easy to get a bird's eye view on everything.

The social listening feature surprised me the most though. I wasn't expecting it at this price point, usually that's locked for much more expensive tools. What do you dislike about lemlist?

One area that could be improved in Lemlist is the process of extracting campaign lead reports. Sometimes we create a campaign and later want to export the leads into an Excel spreadsheet, but the process can be a bit difficult or not very intuitive. A simpler and more direct way to generate and download campaign reports would make the workflow much easier.

Another point is related to the lead search system. In some cases, Lemlist finds a contact during the search process, but when we add that lead to a campaign, the platform charges credits for the email and phone number even when the system cannot actually find the email address or when the person is no longer working at that company.

What I like most about Birdeye is how it helps maintain consistency in review management. When you’re juggling multiple clients and platforms, it’s easy for responses to feel scattered or delayed, but Birdeye keeps everything organized in one place so nothing slips through the cracks.

What do you like best about Omnisend?

What I like best about Omnisend is how intuitive the UX is. Within 10-20 minutes you get the hang of it - which matters when you're onboarding new clients and need to move fast. The platform covers the essentials well: email sends, pop-ups, and audience analytics, all in one place. It's also more budget-friendly than a lot of the alternatives, which makes it a realistic recommendation for a lot of brands who can't afford a very pricey ESP. The customer service is helpful, I think the AI chatbot works pretty well for basic questions, too. I'd give it an 8 out of 10 overall and a 10/10 for brands on a budget - it's definitely one of the best email marketing platforms to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Omnisend?

The audit permission level doesn't allow you to view flow designs, which isn't consistent with how other ESPs handle it - that's kind of irritatating when auditing potential client accounts. The two-step limit on pop-ups is restrictive, and adjusting image sizes within the pop-up builder is more difficult than it should be. Also having a deliverability 'score' section from 1-100 would be great. The analytics could be improved as well, but I have faith Omnisend will make these changes overtime. Omnisend centralizes email marketing, SMS, and analytics in one platform, which simplifies how I manage retention strategy for ecommerce clients. The practical benefit is speed - setting up flows, campaigns, and pop-ups without switching tools means I can focus on strategy rather than logistics. It makes it easy to A/B test, analyze performance, and segment audiences. Because of that, I can clearly see what's working and double down on it, and cut what isn't.
