Zintro was extremely responsive to our requests. We were routinely connected with the appropriate interviewee within 24-48 hours after submitting our request.

Our team really liked their global presence and ability to get people from markets we had no idea how to approach (mostly in Eastern Africa). Pretty similar to other services but they are 50% of the cost of the dominant vendor we currently use for similar work. They would present us candidates and then schedule the interviews for us directly. It only took them 24 hours to find six people for us, which is faster than our other vendor as well.

I liked how they were able to get us high quality people that wouldn't be able to find on upwork/toptal. They even found us a svp of engineering from a top 3 global retail company who owns the rewards program in their current role. This person was a critical part of our company launch. It's also nice that they deal with all interviewing/scheduling/billing/paperwork.
