We've saved hundreds of dollars in transaction fees using Zeffy! It's a great platform providing a wonderful service for non-profit organizations. The forms are easy to set up and intutive and the Help section is very thorough. When I uncovered a bug, the customer support team was quick to respond.

Easy to set up and update, with lots of options. But the most important thing is that 100% of donors' contributions go to the non-profit. Donors then can opt in to support Zeffy with an additional charge. I love this business model for non-profits where every $ matters.

The money we save using Zeffy adds up so quickly. Not having to pay fees everytime we take a payment is extremely helpful for our organization. The ease of use to email members/donors is very helpful as well. The dashboard is set up conveniently and I have had no trouble creating anything we have needed so far. Zeffy also makes it easy to share information and that helps us get our information out there.
