Wonderful experience with Zeffy
Zeffy has many features that assist our nonprofit with hosting events when tickets, tracking, and confirmations are needed. We do not have the staff to devote the time to these areas when we are hosting events. In addition, Zeffy helps track donations from our website and sends the payments directly to our bank. The download to spreadsheet formats is helpful for us to manipulate the tables to create the formats we need to share with others. Customer support is also timely. I only had to use it once, but a response was given relatively quickly.

--My Soroptimist Club Likes Zeffy
We like that it is free - completely free. It allows us to create forms for registration and payment of tickets for our events. It allows us to advise our participants about Zeffy and the opportunity to support Zeffy in addition to our cause.
This is the first platform that we have tried that is easy to use and allows us to keep all of the money that we raise to help women and girls live their dreams.
When I ran into any questions about use of the platform, I got quick and helpful customer support. It has easy integration with MailChimp. Our treasurer loves it because it gives her all of the information that she needs quickly.
We are going to use it again for our next event!
