Myriad of configurable options. Simple, modern user interface which is relatively easy to pick up from an IT perspective. All the in built graphs, dashboards and reports are great if not always relevant to our industry.

Some good points but had some teething issues

ZAP is easy to use for users. It is a good view of things and easy to drill into separate figures to get a good understanding of what it shows.
