Easy to use, easy to maintain & easy to onboard new staff. Comes with great reporting ready to use

It is really easy to understand the product and work with it. Superfast so no annoying wait times when saving or requesting something, even not when running reports and dashboards. It constantly pro-actively shows information you can use to resolve something or to handle a task. It is an absolute breeze compared to the FreshService system we used before where everyone got lost in the complexity all the time. We use it to answer Digital Experience and Marketing questions and requests so we have both IT and non IT people on the system and both really enjoy it.
