I use Wistia for hosting onboarding videos. I like how it consolidates all of our videos in one place and allows me to use embedded links in email series. The ease of use is something I appreciate. While I don't use many of their tools, I find their video editing features interesting.

I really appreciate that we can replace videos while keeping the video data or details, so we can continue to watch engagement over time and update the videos when needed. I also really like the webinar feature—it has made a big difference in the way our customers can interact with us during webinars without being confused.

I really like Wistia for its automated captions, which save me a lot of time by doing the first scan and cuts for the captions. It's absolutely great. The analytics are very good, allowing me to dig into the numbers to find out how certain videos are performing, which also saves me a lot of time. Wistia helps to centralize all of my videos in one place and provides stats on the performance of these videos. I also appreciate the ease of downloading and translating captions into different languages, which has been a huge time saver.
