Kinnser is great

I enjoy using Kinnser as it is my first experience using any patient database within my medical career. It's very fast and easy to operate. It does have it's down falls, like every system should, but for my time being within medical billing (2 years), I have enjoyed it.

Clearcare does a fantastic job with the core Homecare needs of managing prospects, Scheduling, billing, payroll, client matching, managing caregiver and client profiles, and managing the hiring process for caregivers. They do a fantastic job of integrating additional services that help streamline and reduce the cost of processing electronic payments as well as workers comp through their WorkSafe program. The Clearcare WorkSafe program has reduced our agencies workers comp payment by 30%!

Saving you Time & Money

We love that Clear Care has been able to save the office staff more time by having all of the schedules, hours and billing in one place. We used to spend our Monday mornings going through the paper time sheets and calculating the employees hours, then going back to double check for any mistakes and then doing the same for billing the clients.
