Great platform with lots of useful features for small fitness/ dance/yoga studios
Has many useful features including scheduling, events, payment processing and reviews. The most useful is the automated retention and marketing emails that sends customers a note when their membership is expiring.
Support does go out of their way to help resolve issues, including helping in mundane data entry tasks. They do try their best to keep customers happy. I've experienced some issues on the platform and they have done their best to resolve these.
