I honestly can't say enough about Weglot. They offer many ways to manage your translations. Our favorite is the Visual Editor, which allows you to edit translations "directly" on the website. This makes it so easy for anyone to use- I've onboarded 4 team members to this tool in all of 5 minutes. We can create translation rules with their glossary function and exclude full blocks and urls from the translation with their exclusion function (and now new visual exclusion beta tool!) It's fairly priced and has a brilliant interface. More than anything, I've just received such amazing support from their team both onboarding and troubleshooting (my user error, not theirs). The tool already makes this so easy and then their team pushes it over the finish line.
