Easy to use!

The results of experiments is very useful, you can track certain elements too which come up in the results section - we use this often to show our clients the results of experiments. It is really easy for our clients to implement on their websites and the level of customer support is amazing. We use it on a daily basis to check on experiments running and our devs build experiments within the tools.
