I have been using webgility for about 4 years and have been very satisfied. The program is user friendly and when you have a question support team is very helpful. It saves us a lot of time on data entry.

Although the program has some occasional glitches, it saves us a ton of time. In the morning we can have 30-40 orders imported in to Quick-books within a couple of minutes. The tech guys are always nice & polite and most of them know what to do to fix the issue pretty quickly.

Simplicity of working in ECC which is a Webgility product and interacts with QuickBooks and our Big Commerce Store as the "middle man" plus customer service/training provided by Colin Cates which is outstanding.
