The WaitWell system is very easy to use and allows our team to be able to service our customers quickly and efficiiently. The customer support is ourstanding, any questions or assistance is resolved in miminal time frame. Our customer service rep, Dave Campbell, is the best. He response immediately, discussing best solutions for our business, and assist and guides us on how to use the system at the maximum benefit to our team and customers. Best part, it only took a few days to setup with a training class and training resources to access in the system are detailed but concise and very easy to follow.

Easy to use UI, and ofcourse because of its great simplicity, it must be having a great backend system.

I love the lobby display and available metrics (wait times, etc...). Very simple and easy to use and integrate. We use it daily.
