My favorite part of Vivun is the relationship that it fosters between the business and engineering team. Too often we see siloed teams especially between the field and product in engineering, Vivun does a great job of bringing these teams together to make data-driven decisions to help drive a roadmap and ultimately enable to business to deliver a meaningful product. Another great feature of Vivun is the browser extension they built. Most of our team is using Vivun right from chrome/firefox without having to log in to salesforce regularly.
