The Hero by Vivun platform provides a breath of fresh air from the Salesforce platform in its ability to tailor its experience specifically to the Sales Engineer. This has made their ability to manage opportunities, activities, and gaps incredibly streamlined. We've been able to collect technical insights into our business that we have been unable to gather in the past. Our post-sale support has been incredibly helpful and seemingly always available.

Super easy setup. Out-of-the-box insights into SE activities, performance and workload. Yeah, you could theoretically cobble this together with pure Salesforce but it'd be an ugly beast that you'd have to then maintain.. Hero does this OOTB. Most importantly, the post-sale/CS engagement has been terrific. This has been a TRUE partnership.
