Twitter Analytics has a very user-friendly, streamlined interface. The month-by-month comparisons are a helpful tool, and it's great to see what kinds tweets resonate best with your audience based on impressions and engagement. The "top mention" feature is incredibly valuable because you can view the impressions on a tweet from another account that mentioned you. I also like that you can customize reports under the tweet activity dashboard for a desired date range and analyze by type of tweet.

Twitter Ads have appeared to be somewhat beneficial for us, but we still need a more extensive reach - it doesn't seem to reach our demographic.

It is easy to use and it has got a very beautiful GUI, which makes the experience enjoyable
