The Trinet system is easy to use and the menu choices are very clear. The search functionality makes is simple to locate a function or report when needed. The Customer Service team is very responsive and knowledgable. Our account Manager and extended team are fantastic!!1

Good support with room for improvement

|TriNet
From an employee POV, TriNet is easy to navigate. Enrolling in benefits, viewing paychecks, submitting PTO, etc is all very easy to do and it's nice to have all HRIS functionality in one place. They also have comprehensive support via chat and phone. You can track case submissions in their platform. As an admin, it's very easy to create and compare benefits funding strategies during open enrollment time - something that is historically complex is really almost a breeze with TriNet!
