We spoke directly with people who understand the product extremely well and how to sell to engineers. We quickly gained access to a demo account to try it out ourselves. They also take security and privacy seriously. - Post-sales communication is excellent. We receive help from a customer success agent who is highly knowledgeable about the product and goes to great lengths to help us with the setup. - The UI for building automations works very well, allowing us to automate complex, time-consuming tasks.
