I was very impressed by the great support I received from TravelPerk when contacting their customer service. They were always very patient and helped me with all my concerns via email and chat. They were able to get in touch on my behalf with the airline and book a special meal for my flight, which I really appreciated. I used TravelPerk for a business trip and I'd definitely use it again and suggest it to others. I booked and my hotel and flights using the website. Other than this, using the website and finalising the booking was overall very easy and user friendly. I could choose among a great variety of accomodations and easily found the one the suited me the most.
