And Trainual U teaches you how to use Trainual while simultaneously helping you get set up. This has really been great at showing me where the holes are in my current training and processes. Their customer service is great. I had one girl help me for two weeks at first and she took a bunch of my word doc content and added it to Trainual, showing me how to break it up into Subjects and Topics. It was a huge jump start. And now I have a dedicated customer service rep who is always quick to answer if I have a question.
