The fact that I know if the email was opened or not is helpful. Note, it does not mean your email was read! Titan is good but that is unreasonable to think it can tell you that. Many email systems dont give you the option of read receipts so I don't mind paying for that convenience. The professional clean layout helps. I like th option to have email displayed with part of the mesage showing or not. I don't have to have a reading pane if I do not want to. A global search option could be improved but the granular search of to;, from: etc. is nice too. Defintiely worth the most reasonable cost for email.
