I love the flexibility of Tines! My team can automate any task with any service that has an API! I love that we no longer have to deploy and host a bunch of individual microservices, giving us rapid automation capabilities with a very low OpX. We also get phenomenal support from the Tines team!

From being a senior engineer on the world's first SOAR, to using and demoing at least 8 other SOAR platforms, I have been around the SOAR block. One thing I can say with absolute certainty is that the story (playbook) building and debugging capability of Tines is unmatched. It is is so intuitive and easy to use, it actually draws you in and makes you want to spend more time in the platform. Beyond the ease of building, the story testing/debugging features are amazing! Tines allows you to run any individual task/action by itself, as a complete story, or even starting in the middle of a story. EG: in the middle of a story, you already sent an API request to VirusTotal and have successful response. You can re-emit that response JSON and run the rest of the story without needing to make the API call or run the previous steps in the story. Beyond the product itself, the team we work with have been incredibly supportive and responsive. Even in our evaluation period, Tines delivered a feature we requested in less than a week.
