Having the memory application is a huge help when going to fill out timesheets. Not having to manually keep track of time (on different tasks) is the most convenient feature for me. If you're switching betweens programs all day, having all those things captured and aggregated in timely is very helpful. As a user, I find it's also very helpful to have access to reports, so if necessary, I'm able to download my own reports and ananlyze that data.
