I wanted to share positive feedback regarding Time Doctor. Its tool for identifying productive hours and reporting on web activity has been valuable in monitoring our team's efficiency. Additionally, I have found both the standard reporting tool and the support team to be very helpful in generating the data necessary to track team productivity. We use it every week to review the report from the tool. It is an easy tool to configure, it feels like a one or two-hour job for managers to set up the tool and it is quite easy to install on Windows and Mac too.
