The ability to define and quickly categorize tasks and integration with other tools like Mail make this indispensable. The built-in sync that allows connectivity to the iOS app is also extremely useful.

Best diagram tool period.

Frustrated with many different tools and limitations, I happened across this software and gave it a try. Simply viewing the introductory videos and I was off creating technical diagrams with ease.
