I liked the low maintenance method of rewarding employees for years of service. The employee can choose the reward that they like best and then we just get the invoice. The employee is happy because the don't get something they don't want and it reduces the administration headaches of trying to figure out what we should buy them. Also, it keeps the the rewards equitable across all employees.
