Camtasia is relatively easy to use for simple video edits, some problems with User Interface

Overall, Camtasia is a pretty good program for splitting video clips, adding transitions, doing audio overlay, and screen recordings. I have found that their training modules in the academy are easy to follow and relevant. The editing process in Camtasia is pretty easy. It follows a linear path (in that you edit everything chronologically) I mainly use it because I have been using it for a few years, so I am used to the User Interface. I use it a few hours per week, and it allows me to do all of the edits that I need to do in developing Instructional Training Materials.

Short training videos improves efficiency

|Snagit
The most helpful feature of Snagit for me is being able to record short training or reminder videos on how to perform various functions on so many different billing portals we must utilize. Some of the sites we don't visit often and it takes time to recall how to submit an appeal to those sites. But having these short videos of how to submit these appeals saves us so much time.
