Simple video editing software that delivers all the right features in an easy to use package

It's very simple and intuitive to use, and they provide a decent amount of animations and sounds to use as part of the package.

Much better than Print Scrn

|Snagit
It is much more powerful and easier to use than the Windows Print Scrn functionality. It offers many different ways of screen capture: window, region, full screen and far too many other options for me to list here. One function I have found very useful is the Grab Text capability - allowing you to capture text from an image. It also allows you to capture videos along with system audio and/or microphone. If you want to create videos for social media where you comment on a prerecorded video this is invaluable. It is also great for creating online courses, blogs, etc.

Snagit gives me everything I need in screen capture, and then some

|Snagit
Snagit is simply worlds beyond what the "native" screen capture is. I can use Snagit to dress up screenshots in a huge variety of ways, and make myself look smart and talented when I do presentations, or even just make emails look way better. I just moved to a new company and insisted that they let me purchase Snagit or else I would quit. (Just kidding... but kind of not.)
