My experience with TCP has been a technical one. When asking about features and troubleshooting, the response time is immaculate. I am not left wondering or have much down time before I get a response.

Timeclock plus has very good service managers and techs that are willing to help 24/7 at any given time. Not only do they help fix issues when needed, they provide clear instructions which allows you to learn how to fix things on your own in the future. They are very good people to work with especially for a chain of stores. The company I work forhas 16 locations and TCP makes it easy to work with and track things for all locations.
