Good Product, Poor Customer Service

I like the product itself and that it can be modified to accomplish what the individual company needs it to do. Pricing is great, although a bit deceptive for a small company. It was described as a per-person charge, but we were never notified of minimums before agreeing to use the service. However, the cost is low enough that we're able to justify continued usage.
