The support team is very responsive and kind. The integration with Intercom is very helpful as we can send our surveys directly through there. There are lots of question types to use, although I would love to see in the future an option to have a required comment field for certain responses (e.g. if they select Other, make that comment required instead of optional as it currently is).

He probado Doodle Poll en el pasado y fue frustrante. Survicate fue muy fácil de usar y quedé satisfecho con los resultados. Definitivamente lo haré de nuevo.
