The platform itself is very easy to use. It's easy to navigate around and find what you're looking for and campaign setup is very straight forward. The StackAdapt team is also incredibly helpful and attentive. Our reps regularly keep in contact with us throughout the life of our campaigns, and they are always eager to help and quick to respond to any questions we may have.

We have worked with StackAdapt over the past three years and have developed a solid partnership with the team there. Response times are always quick and the team are so helpful. We use a mix of self serve and managed service, though the team at StackAdapt is always on hand to help with any queries. We have also had training sessions and have regular catch ups both online and in person to go through features, updates and performance. The self serve is fairly easy to use from set up through to optimisation, so we are in the platform pretty much every day. We have just scratched the suface at the moment, and are looking to expand our activity into the offerings that sit outside of the standard display (DOOH etc).

They have a great training certification program and always have reps available to help with campaigns and make recommedations to get the most out of those campaigns. The platform was very easy to learn and onboard all of our clients.
