So many people struggle with financial stress. In schools, where compensation is already constrained and the talent market is declining, this problem is exacerbated. To help with this, we've offered Holberg Financial as a free perk for all 1,400 employees at Noble for the past couple of years after a successful pilot a few years ago. Not only has the feedback around people's experience with the company been overwhelmingly positive but the average employee who took advantage of the resource saw hundreds of dollars in personal savings and/or gain. The more our educators feel empowered and in control of their finances the more likely it is they'll be able to stay in a role they love longer and be their best selves for our students each day.
