We use Siteimprove for our content audit and find it very helpful with tracking our PDFs. There is an Accessibility section that has an inventory of all of our PDFs. It is important that we monitor PDFs and accessibility issues.

Also appreciate the CMS plugin that shows info from Siteimprove directly from Drupal. Shows page issues like broken links, reading score, accessibility, allows you to recheck the page after you edit it, and can show you an "unpublish page impact" that shows referring pages among others. Genius! Also appreciate the academy and the courses available through that.
