Silktide has been a lifesaver. My institution swapped from Siteimprove due to the long scan times. Silktide was easy to implement, integrate and is now easy to use. We use it daily in our Higher Education instutition because it has a number of features we love, most importantly accessibility checks that provide us with broken links, misspelled words, SEO concerns, and more. On top of it all, we haven't had to use customer support much, but, Ayu Shek from Silktide always provides our institution with great customer support when needed and reminds us to follow up with her if we ever need anything. She is the best and always cheery!

As web developers, we tend to type fast. Silktide has caught several mispellings when I wasn't paying close enough attention. As well as alerting me to broken links for pages I may have needed to unpublish.
