I am a google meet user in my principal company, i'm participating regularly to Teams meeting and my wife is a pro user of zoom, so I have quite element of comparison... Usage of the tool is good compared to those but there are really some differentiators not (yet) available in the major players : - The AI transcription and summary of meetingis effective and gave me some surprise : my meeting are mostly in french and ... the summary are in english. But with a simple custom rompt, you can do it French, meaning that I have now multiple langage minutes of meetings ! - you can configure in the meeting some default stuff, especially transcription and recording. Tell me you never forgot to record an important meeting... - Noise reduction is quite good, I feel it at the level of the others, without problem The non functional differentiator is ... the pricing policy Zoom is killing me with its message of "your cloud storage is almost full". Sessions provides unlimited "memories" aka storage. The other limits are reasonable for a SME (in term of number of event you can host on top the unlimited "sessions" meetings. Cherry on the cake, release note are clear and the product continue its evolution. I'm looking especially the newly released API which could help me to generate automatically meeting in marketing scenarios.
