The label designer was intuitive and the ability to reference variables / table is awesome. You can use just about any software to integrate via the command line or html link. I really got the sense that the designer knows the needs of a manufacturer using a thermal printer for package labeling. We use this software every day as part of our food manufacturing.

The UI is very simple, but extremely clear and powerful, leading to easy customization that's very flexible. The design and polish of the software is great, customer service has been very helpful with figuring out how to do things, and even implemented a feature i thought would be useful. Getting setup and switched to this was a breeze and made producing labels daily significantly easier on all levels.
